Healthy Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups basil leaves packed
  • 3 T pine nuts
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese plus 2T

Instructions

  • In food processor or blender combine all ingredients except parmesan. Puree until smooth. Add 1/2 cup cheese and puree 30 more seconds. Toss with pasta and add rest of cheese.
