Healthy Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups basil leaves packed
- 3 T pine nuts
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese plus 2T
Instructions
- In food processor or blender combine all ingredients except parmesan. Puree until smooth. Add 1/2 cup cheese and puree 30 more seconds. Toss with pasta and add rest of cheese.
